We collect account details, profile information, photos, listings, messages, trades, requests, verification links, and basic activity such as profile views. Links to LinkedIn, websites, Instagram, and TikTok are provided by members and may lead to third-party services.
How we use it
We use this information to review applications, operate the directory, connect members, protect the community, improve SALT HOUSE, and provide membership and advertising services.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. SALT HOUSE does not store full card numbers. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can edit your profile or delete your account from your dashboard. Account deletion removes your profile and listings. Records we must retain for payment, fraud prevention, or legal obligations may be kept as required.
